Sikkim is a state in northeast India, bordered by Bhutan, Tibet and Nepal. Part of the Himalayas, the area has a dramatic landscape that includes India’s highest mountain, 8,586m Kangchenjunga. Sikkim is also home to glaciers, alpine meadows and thousands of varieties of wildflowers. Steep paths lead to hilltop Buddhist monasteries such as Pemayangtse, which dates to the early 1700s
Meeting & Greeting on arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,410 ft.), Capital of Sikkim. On arrival check in to hotel. Free evening. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
After breakfast pick up from hotel & transfer to Lachen (9,285 ft.). En route visit Singhik, Butterfly/Seven Sister Water Falls, Chungthang Confluence and reach Lachen by evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachen.
Early Morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake (17,175 ft.). Back to hotel and after lunch transfer to Lachung (8,175 ft), reach Lachung by evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachung.
After breakfast drive to Yumthang Valley Known as Valley of Flowers (11,910 ft.). On the way back, visit Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort. Overnight stay at Lachung. Optional Yumesamdong Valley or Zero Point (Alt 15700 ft.) for Indian tourists only at an additional cost.Lachung to Gangtok, 125kms in 5hrs – Check out from Lachung and drive back to Gangtok (Alt 5550Ft / 1675M) via Chungthang. Check in at hotel by late afternoon. Free evening Overnight at Gangtok.
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey, Tour ends.
